Our vision is to create a holistic environment where children can
thrive mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Our mindfulness programs were created with the intention of planting seeds of
self-love, self-discovery, self-expression, and more. All of which are vital to the mental, physical, and emotional bodies of our youth.
At BEE Mindful Yoga, we believe that mindfulness is a holistic practice that can benefit the mind, body, and spirit. We approach yoga as a tool for self-discovery, personal growth, and healing.
Our team of experienced instructors are passionate about mindfulness and helping others. They are dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all students, regardless of experience or ability level.
Our "Mommy & Me" theme oriented classes allow mothers and their children to participate in hands-on
activities that will assist them with bonding and learning, all while building their children’s social and developmental skills.
